The Process:

1. A free initial consultation to discuss the specific needs of your project including a budget and timeline. We will also discuss with you how Sopris Homes works with our clients and guides them through the building process every step of the way. If we mutually agree that Sopris can exceed your expectations within your timeline and budget we'll move on to the next step.
2. You will be assigned a project team so you'll always have a contact who can answer your questions. We will then put your ideas to paper and present you with a budget estimate for the project as well as discuss some cost saving alternatives for your project.
3. A Sopris representative will meet with you to review your material selections and finishes for your project. Upon finalizing the design, Sopris will provide you with a service agreement that includes a fixed price, specified timeline and official start date. No surprises!
4. Sopris will handle the permitting process, arrange for the orders and delivery of all materials and equipment for your project.
5. We will keep you informed of our progress as well as what to expect throughout the process as well as project meetings.
6. At project completion, we provide an exceptional professional cleanup and inspection by our quality control team to insure that no detail is left unfinished and you can start to enjoy your new space right away.
7. Our service department will arrange a follow-up inspection of the project to ensure quality and craftsmanship with both materials and labor.
